Chris Pope, Office of the CSO at ServiceNow, spoke on the shift of how business is done – customer engagement, speed of delivery, innovation, and the reliability of their operations – and what these changes and demands mean for the modern IT organization.
Brian Kelly, Chief Security Officer at Rackspace, presented on how security is one of the main drivers for the move to the cloud and how to simplify and streamline your security by trusting in its power.

Welcome Reception:Â On night one, we hit the poolside terrace at the JW Marriott for our welcome reception, featuring music from Emily Wolfe, craft cocktails and food that knocked our socks off.
Official GalaxZ 16 Party: The official GalaxZ 16 party went down at Trinity Hall. Don’t ask us how we did it, but there was a taco truck inside the building, country music blasting, and more cocktails and local beers served up.
