What is offered through the Red Hat Exchange?

Through the Red Hat Exchange, Zenoss offers its base-level Enterprise Subscription. Subscribers through the Red Hat Exchange receive tier-1 support directly from Red Hat Support, which escalates to Zenoss subject matter experts as required to solve customer projects.
