James Governor advises companies on innovation, community and technology strategies as co-founder of RedMonk, the open source analysis company. He is an advisor to major brands like IBM, Microsoft and SAP but also many commercial open source firms. Governor and his business partner Stephen O'Grady pioneered the open source analyst advisory model, making insight and advice available to businesses without the constraints and proprietary thinking of traditional analyst firms.
Kent Erickson, VP of Product Management, Zenoss
Kent Erickson is Vice President product management at Zenoss, Inc. where he leads product innovation in virtualization and cloud management applications of Zenoss technology. Kent previously ran product management for Operations Manager at Mission Critical Software and AppManager at NetIQ. He received Masters and Bachelors degrees in Mathematical Sciences from Rice University.
