Zenoss Launches New TechZen™ User Community

New Platform Enables Mass Collaboration and Crowdsourced Extensions

AUSTIN, Texas – October 17, 2017 – Zenoss Inc., the leader in Software-Defined IT Operations™ (SDITO), today announced the launch of TechZen, the new Zenoss user community. Zenoss has facilitated a user community for over 10 years, and it has become the de facto online gathering place for IT Ops and DevOps professionals. The new community platform introduces innovative collaboration capabilities, enhances overall user experience, and provides scalability to support the rapid membership growth.

The Zenoss community is a central hub for more than 3,000 members worldwide. Discussions center on all Zenoss SDITO products, software as a service (SaaS), openness and extensibility via the ZenPack SDK, and industry trends. The new platform introduces enhanced discussions and knowledge-sharing, improving the ways members help one another and forge new industry connections. Since deploying in May 2017, Zenoss has seen a 140 percent increase in TechZen membership and engagement over the same time period the previous year.
