You will receive a $1,000 gross payment (sorry, it's taxable) after the 90-day anniversary of the full-time employee you referred.
Email the resume of the candidate to recruiting@zenoss.com with "Friends of Zenoss Referral" in the subject line.
Include your name along with contact information in your email so we can ensure you receive your reward.
Eligibility Rules (aka, "The Fine Print")
Full-time hires only — sorry, part-time employees and interns don't count.
Full resume with contact information must be included for consideration.
Only referrals to candidates who have not already applied or been referred to Zenoss are eligible.
Referred candidates must not have been previously employed by Zenoss.
Agency submissions are not eligible.
You will receive a $1,000 gross payment no more than 30 days following the 90-day anniversary of the referred employee.
The payment is taxable. All referrers will be required to fill out a W-9 and either fax it to us or send us a PDF via email prior to receipt of payment.
Referred employee must complete 90 calendar days of employment, be in good standing and be employed at the time of payment.
