Zenoss Core Garners Top Honors for Open Source Network & Systems Management

Open source monitoring and management solution receives Network World Clear Choice and Enterprise Open Source Reader's Choice Awards

ANNAPOLIS, MD, July 25, 2007 - Zenoss Inc., the company behind the most popular open source IT monitoring and management solution on Sourceforge.net, today announced that it has received two leading industry awards. Zenoss Core was awarded the Network World Clear Choice award for best open source network and monitoring tool. Additionally, the readers of Enterprise Open Source Magazine have chosen Zenoss Core as the Best Linux Systems Management Tool, edging out other industry leaders and respected commercial open source competitors.

The Network World Clear Choice awards are based on rigorous head-to-head tests, performed by Network World reviewers, between similar products. Zenoss Core received the highest marks versus the competition for monitoring, reporting, ease-of-use, and installation and documentation.
