Enterprise Software Veteran Joins Zenoss as CFO

Former CFO of Blackboard and Manugistics Tapped to Guide Open Source Leader through Next Phase of Growth

ANNAPOLIS, MD - July 10, 2007 - Zenoss Inc., the company behind the most popular open source IT monitoring and management solution on Sourceforge.net, today announced it has named Peter Repetti as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Repetti brings over 20 years of strategic and operating experience to Zenoss and he has held the CFO position at several successful venture-backed and public enterprise software companies.

Prior to joining Zenoss, Mr. Repetti served as CFO of Blackboard, Inc. (NASDAQ: BBBB), where he was responsible for the financial operations of the company during its growth from $20 million in revenues to $200 million and its transition from a venture backed to a public company with its successful initial public offering in 2004. Prior to Blackboard, Mr. Repetti was CFO for venture-funded WebOS, Inc. and publicly-traded Manugistics, Inc.

Prior to Manugistics, Repetti also served as Director of Financial Planning and Analysis for US Airways, and was a Senior Accountant for Arthur Andersen & Co. Mr. Repetti holds a BBA from The George Washington University and an MBA from the University of Chicago.
