Zenoss Update July 12, 2006

Zenoss Community, Greetings. We wanted to take a few minutes to give you an update on Zenoss.

Overall ... we are very happy with the progress over the last several months. Since March we have had over 6000 downloads, over 300 folks are registered at zenoss.org and/or active on the mailing lists, and we are seeing a lot of new traffic on the web sites every day.

More importantly ... we are getting positive feedback that the software is making it easier to for folks to monitor and manage their systems. While the positive feedback is nice, there is *clearly* much more that we can do. The journey towards simplifying systems management has just begun...

Please take a look at the outline below for additional highlights from the last 60 days and what to expect in the coming weeks.

Our plan moving forward is to send an update message like this every month.
