I've put together a very basic zenpack containing a template for APC UPSs using the APC PowerNet Mib. It (no doubt) can be vastly improved but it works for me. It monitors via SNMP the battery capacity, power usage, attached devices, and temperature (if the environment probe is attached). It doesn't monitor the humidity or 3-phase power supplies.
